Services

Lemuria Stars provides Astrology Reading services for entertainment purposes, personal reflection and spiritual guidance only. The readings are not intended to constitute professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial or psychological counsel. The information provided during the Astrology Reading is subjective and interpretive. 

Limitation of Liability

The Client is solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the Reading.

Lemuria Stars shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Booking

The Client may book a Reading through our website or other designated platforms. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete birth information and contact details.

Payment for the Reading is required in advance through the specified payment methods. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

In the event of an unsuccessful payment or technical issue, please report the problem via the "Contact" form for assistance.

If the Client requires an “out of hours” appointment, this can be arranged on a case-by-case basis for a 25% additional fee, please do get in touch via the “Contact” section.

If the Client requires a last minute appointment (within 48 hours) please do get in touch via the “Contact” section to see if there is availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the Client will be eligible for a rescheduling but not for a refund, subject to availability.

If the Client needs to reschedule due to exceptional circumstances within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, please get in touch via the “Contact” section to discuss.

Lemuria Stars reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a Reading due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are non-transferrable and not eligible for a refund.

The standard appointment scheduling rules and cancellation policy apply to gift voucher recipients.

Confidentiality

The Astrologer agrees to keep all personal, spiritual and sensitive information shared by the Client during the Reading confidential. The client’s personal data will be kept in strict confidentiality.

The Client agrees to the anonymous use of their astrological data for research purposes by Lemuria Stars only.

The Client also agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the astrological insights and information shared during the Reading. 

The Client may not without limitation copy, reproduce, republish, broadcast, record, transmit, commercially exploit, edit, communicate to the public or any way distribute the Services, Reading or any part(s) thereof.

This Booking Agreement is governed under the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
